    Requirements

    2-4 years of experience in training coordination, set-up of training material, onboarding programs, and controlling experience regarding trainings
    Preferably background knowledge in the field of accounting processes
    University degree in the field of humanities, business administration or computer engineering or related field of study
    Several years of working experience preferably in large/global organizations
    Strong understanding of training processes, principles and practices
    Working technical knowledge of MS office and – preferably SAP skills
    Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
    Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking
    Very good communication skills in both English and another European language

    Responsibilities

    Manage the delivery, monitor and evaluate training and seminars (incl. preparation/finalization of training material) in collaboration with functional stakeholders
    Set up and participate in transition training activities (consolidating, tracking, country training plan, steering & monitoring of entity plans)
    Develop a SSC location specific training approach and a training strategy
    Set up, optimize and coordinate an effective onboarding program
    Identify training and development needs within the SSC
    Develop and conduct trainings for different groups of people
    Evaluate and track training/development costs, keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program
