    Requirements

    At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a Shared Servce Center of which at least 2 years in a transition role
    Significant project management (incl. usage of project management tools) experience
    In-depth transition knowledge based on at least 2 successfully completed transitions
    Ability to lead, develop and mentor multiple teams and travel 80% of the time
    Very strong communication skills in English and other European country and change management skills

    Responsibilities

    Successful execution of one or multiple country-to-SSC transitions
    On time on budget and on quality delivery of transition projects in compliance with the global transition methodology
    Set-up, training, coordination and management of transition teams (and work shadowers) as responsible transition manager
    Setting-up, customizing and maintaining transition plan
    Development, execution and communication of change management activities during transition
    Analysis and reporting of risks during transitions
    Establishment and maintenance of relationships to internal and external stakeholders, on both local and global levels
