    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Operation Specialist with English language.

    The Operation Specialist is the first and unique point of contact of the customer for all questions, information and requests regarding the orders in process and the claims.

    Requirements:
    - University degree - economics or financial preferably;
    - Fluency in English;
    - Team player;
    - Excellent communication skills;
    - IT Knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), working with databases, etc.;
    - Attention to detail;
    - Problem-solving skills;
    - Ability to work under pressure;
    - Time Management;
    - Negotiation and influencing;
    - Presentation skills;
    - Adaptability;
    - Proactive attitude;
    - Management of change.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Manages a portfolio of clients and owns the interface with retailers;
    - Receives orders and/or forwards them to the back office;
    - Takes the necessary actions to deliver orders in accordance with agreed performance indicators and the needs of the sales department;
    - Manages retailer’s change requests, provides verification and functionality of all relevant aspects of orders / revenue / process and the compliance with company policies;
    - Applies and actively uses internal and external processes and provides support for questions received from retailers;
    - Provides processes optimization and knowledge sharing between all parties involved in the process;
    - Acts as contact point for the collection and distribution departments, finance department, customer support department;
    - Presents and escalates issues under the responsibility of the management team or under its own teams and those involeved in the process;
    - Analyzes business enviroments and procedures in order to improve the processes;
    - Provides online trainings and guidance for clients.
