University bachelor degree;
Relevant working experience of minimum 2 years on a similar position;
Prior experience in using ERP systems (SAP, Mapics);
Experience in working with databases (MFG, SAP);
Basic knowledge of primary accountancy (invoicing, NIR, and CMR);
Knowledge of warehouse management (stocks);
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package (especially Excel – pivot table/ macros etc);

Manages the deliveries to the company’s main automotive customers;
Manages the customs documentation and procedures (customs declarations, extra community and temporary export);
Supports the Supply Chain Management function for all the Materials technical details;
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of the data in the ERP system;
Provides standard or specific reports to the Supply Chain Management function;
Supports new customers/projects introduction process for all supply chain information;
