Your profile

• Minimum 2- 3 years relevant experience in a similar position.
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of: Excel, Power Point, databases
• Basic knowledge of BI tools (BusinessObjects/Microstrategy/Other reporting tools )
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Full proficiency in English. Knowledge of French is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communications-interpersonal skills
• Capability of tracking and analyzing a large volume of data
• Reliable with a high sense of confidentiality
• Comfortable with end user training
• Quality, services and result oriented
• Curious, persevering, autonomous, proactive individual with problem solving and questioning skills

Education
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required. Specialization courses on data-oriented topics (mathematics, statistics, computer science, marketing)

Key responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Analytics Manager, the Data Analytics Specialist provides to stakeholders and top management useful, reliable and clear insights of data on which they can take decisions in order to improve their processes and organization.

The Data Analytics Specialist intervenes at soon as the design of HRIS tools is finished in order to identify the data that could be collected through the tool. Once the dashboards are live, they ensure their deployement, users trainings and continuous improvement.
The Data Analytics Specialist must have a good understanding of their internal customer’s need in order to provide them with the most useful and clear dashboards. They must be able to identify the needed data from a large volume of confidential and highly sensitive data.

Your role

• Identify and structure autonomously the useful and relevant data that can be collected through the Group’s HRIS tools pre-launch.
• Work in collaboration with BI teams in order to structure the database, test, validate, create the data visualization deliverables and present the new reports to the internal users.
• Design, implement and deploy the appropriated reports for the business (Human Ressources, Knowledge Management, Communication, Management) in order to support them in gaining efficiency in their processes and in taking data-oriented decisions.
