Head of Marcom

QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in eCommerce, managing teams of at least 10 people
• Successful track record in marketing and communications with a particular emphasis on team leadership
• Out-of-the-box approach to envisioning and implementing unique design / visual elements
• Native or near-native command of the English language
• Extensive experience and proficient understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Sketch
• Excellent writing abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and implement SLAs, envision procedure and lay the groundwork for interdepartmental collaboration
- Establish the creative direction for all promotional content (copy and design)
- Ensure consistency in style, format and approach
- Arrange the workflow for copywriters, designers and content publishers
- Create project roadmaps and oversee them from concept to development and implementation
- Envision and expand the brand image for our main clients
- Ensure all content is optimized for different markets, in accordance with customer segmentation
- Identifying key areas of improvement for both copy and design
- Keep track of latest trends and industry developments
- Maintain the flow of communication and ensure consistency for both internal and external purposes

He/she must showcase a successful track record in project management (from concept to implementation) and know the ins and outs of the business.
