Our story

• At least 3 years proven project management experience and 5 years relevant work experience in IT field
• Previous experience with Agile / Scrum
• Experience on the full project life cycle, managing software development/delivery
• Experience in logistics is preferred
• Technical university education is required
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent time manager, very well organized
• Good negotiator and able to influence people in a good perspective
• Reliable and loyal, good humored and motivated
• Result and customer oriented to achieve short term and long term goals
• Understands the business needs and changes required to achieve the target
• Able to prioritize requirements
• Able to identify and mitigate risks
• Very good understanding of development process
• Good understanding of technical IT-related information
• Fluency in English

You will be the project manager of development services we do in our CEE office for other divisions all around the world.
As project manager, you will be directly responsible for delivering projects in time, within project scope & budget, managing expectations and achieving the mutually agreed targets. You will manage multiple projects at the same time, communicating efficiently with stakeholders all around the world.
Detailed Responsibilities
• Be the central point of contact for all services we do in our Bucharest office
• Work together with the team leads / team members on estimations and on defining a realistic planning for all the projects.
• Communicate the planning with all parties involved
• Managing project scope and change control
• Make sure that deviations from the plan are communicated and assessed in time
• Closely monitor and report project progress and performance, manage project issues and escalate where necessary
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
