    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with English language.

    As a Salesforce administrator you will offer support to salespeople EMEA and CRM application users, providing a connection between different processes and mechanisms that govern sales teams.

    Requirements:

    - University graduate;
    - Fluent in English (written and spoken), second language is a plus;
    - Microsoft package: Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.;
    - Excellent communication skills and customer oriented thinking.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Act as a single point of contact for users and collaborate with other teams to provide a solution for certain issues regarding the CRM platform;
    - Test new features of the CRM platform before the launch of a new version and offer recommendations in order to improve certain aspects or resolve problems;
    - Gain knowledge about processes in order to communicate clearly and eficently with users in order to reach set quality standards;
    - Escalate proactively any identified problem on the CRM platform;
    - Perform or assist training and/or presentations about the department’s processes or the problems that could arise.
