IT SERVICE DESK OPERATOR - JUNIOR GERMANA

Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- ITIL knowledge is welcome

Job description and main responsibilities:
- 1 Level Support of German speaking users (internal employees)
- Resolving Incidents and requests obtained by email, telephone and other communication channels
- Monitoring of Events and ticket handling
- Co-operate with other members of the IT department
- Administrative tasks of Service desk team
