    Requirements :
    - Advanced both French and English
    - Good communication and convincing skills
    - Capable of working in a competitive, demanding and time-critical environment
    - Proven ability to follow up thoroughly and in detail
    - Commercial sense and strongly customer oriented
    - Problem solving and analytical ability

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilities :
    - Provide remote (mail, chat, phone) technical support of the use of online tools to existing customers in target country;
    - Troubleshoot customer issues with respect to online tools; escalate and follow up on issues/bugs as appropriate with the respective clients teams to ensure timely response to customers;
    - Provide remote (mail, chat, phone) basic textile advice to existing and potential customers in target country, based on clients products and services;
    - Perform customer management activities to existing and new customers in target country (master data, credit block/release, accurate lead time, shipping pick lists, invoice printer setting, etc.)
    - Qualify and convert sales leads for potential customers in target country;
    - Initiate contact, begin dialogue, inspire interest and secure sale;
    - Collect customer information, understand their needs and requirements and update on Salesforce;
    - Handle customer complaints and escalate them as appropriate to the relevant departments;
    - Promote new / potential products or service to Bronze customers in target country
