Relevant degree;
Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD);
Working independently, focus on details;
Keeping the deadlines;
Fluency in English;
Flexibility;
Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience;
Knowledge and understanding of Romanian legislation, building codes and permitting procedures.

Working on layouts / development plans of industrial parks;
Preparing layouts of particular projects / buildings – split of areas, etc.
Preparing business layouts for commercial team, which are further presented to potential clients and form part of Lease agreements;
Working on space plans;
Designing simple construction adjustments;
Creating / reviewing bill of quantities and built areas;
Preparing documentation for various levels of the permitting procedures, including tender documentation;
Cooperating with external designers and architects, checking their documentation and takeover of their work, making sure it is complete and correct;
Communicating with (potential) clients on the design, so the design is done in line with their specification;
Cooperating with Procurement Department.
