Junior IT Helpdesk- Iasi

Requirements:


Proven experience with Windows Infrastructure (Active Directory, WindowsWindows 7, Domain Controllers, DHCP, MS DNS, WDS);
Knowledge of: Switch Configuration (Juniper Preferred ), Firewall Configuration (Fortigate Preferred), tunneling (GRE – IPSEC ), Router configuration;
Experience with desktop operating systems and applications - Exchange, MS Office products, MS AD;
Experience with Linux and Microsoft Exchange 2013 would be a plus;
Good level of English (both written and spoken);

Responsibilities:

Offering PC support to internal users for windows systems (win7 and win8);
Providing timely and effective advice and support to technical requests;
Working with VMware ESX;
Working with Active Directory environment (creating users and resetting passwords);
Offering basic troubleshooting – WDS, Switch and FW;
VOIP (Asterisk); Providing Servers (DELL) Hardware administration;
