Marketing Manager

We are a full-cycle software development company delivering high-performing solutions and services designed to answer the specific needs of each of our clients. We are specialized in data management web, mobile and BI applications based on Microsoft or IBM technologies, on cloud or on-premise.

• Bachelor degree in marketing, management, business administration, communication or public relations is preferred;
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing;
• At least 1 year experience in managing a team;
• PPC – Pay per click (AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) expertise is a must;
• Previous experience in an online marketing agency is a plus;
• AdWords certification is preferred;
• Analytics certification is nice to have;
• Previous experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation is preferred;
• Previous experience in content planning and management is preferred;
• Previous experience in budget forecasting and management is preferred;
• Previous experience in stakeholders’ engagement and management;
• B2B marketing skills are preferred;
• Previous experience in content writing and SEO is nice to have;
• Previous experience in vendors’ management.

• Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department;
• Create, implement, manage and report digital marketing strategy;
• Create and manage content strategy and posting plans;
• Create and monitor PR plan;
• Monitor and manage website performance including PPC, SEO, etc.
• Manage external suppliers (freelancers, agencies etc.);
• Work with Sales for sales automation plan implementation, create offers, manage leads and prospects;
• Liaise with web and graphic design department;
• Manage market research projects;
• Represent company in external events;
• Prepare brochures for new products and services, and update existing documents;
• Manage and improve lead generation national and international campaigns, measuring results;
• Develop, implement, manage and report marketing mix and strategy for new and existing products or services;
• Create and implement email marketing campaigns for potential and current clients
• Drive actions for brand management;
• Create and implement brand employer strategy;
• Oversee the company’s marketing budget;
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
• Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
