We are looking for candidates with:
Experience in sales / call center, telesales, customer support;
High level of English;
PC Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook are a must;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Strong customer orientation attitude.
The role is responsible to contact customer prospects directly by telephone to make sales or support field sales by setting appointments or qualifying prospects.
The key activities will include:
- Research into customer contacts – responsible to prepare for the client call before contacting client – i.e. research linked in to understand client background, speak to field sales to get client background etc.
- Calling contacts – responsible to build sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers’ wants and needs when calling prospects;
- Setting appointments – Set appointments for field sales colleagues to follow up on;
- Generating leads - responsible to contact prospects who have responded to direct marketing campaigns. Will need to ask the prospects qualifying questions about their interest in a product to determine how likely they are to buy. Pass the qualified leads to field sales representatives to follow up.
