    Job role

    As part of the Local Staffing Team within the Recruitment Department, the Junior Recruiter will be primarily focused on direct search and contacting of candidates, while also providing administrative support for the Recruiters. The aim is to get acquainted with the recruitment process and subsequently grow into a fully fledged Recruiter.

    Responsibilities
     

    • Posts job ads on internal and external job-boards;
    • Identifies suitable candidates using direct search techniques (cold-calling, data base searches, networking) in order to track down suitable candidates;
    • Contacts suitable candidates (conducts short phone interviews);
    • Maintains the relationship with candidates: feed-back regarding the status of the application, rejection e-mails, patience letters etc.
    • Administration of the candidate database and trackers;
    • Administration of internal applicants;
    • Daily checking of Recruitment Group Mailbox;
    • Support in preparing internal Newsletters.

    Requirements

    • University degree in psychology, business administrations or comparable;
    • Fluency in English;
    • Good Microsoft Office skills (esp. Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
    • Ideally previous professional experience in an HR Area (Recruitment).

    • Customer focused attitude with strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Willingness to learn and develop in the Recruitment Area;
    • Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and organizational skills;
    • Self-starter, quick learner mentality and team player spirit.
