Sourcing - staffing specialist/ recruiter without the interviewing part

IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

Manage the sourcing and staffing for a major IBM contract
Interact with IBM End Customers on a daily basis
Lead and support the business with appropriate market research, recruitment and selection of employees
Leverage new technologies to identify and recruit talent
Counsel and support management and relevant functions on the labor market trends and conditions
Participate in monthly project staffing progress, planning and meetings
Operate daily in a teamwork environment within a complex organization.

Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years experience in IT&C recruitment and selection, ideally within a fast growing and challenging environment or an IT recruitment company
English: Fluent

This role can be responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses. Individuals in this role may also be a team lead, providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes and acting as a point of escalation for team members. This role also includes extensive contact with IBM End Customers and other contracted Sourcing Firms. This is a key role in the delivery of a major project and has significant future growth opportunities.
