We want you to:
• Have University degree;
• Have previous IT experience, at least 3 years in a similar position;
• Have good troubleshooting skills;
• Have an analytical approach of situations and problems;
• Be able to prioritize activities;
• Be a team player with very good communication skills;
• Be responsive, have patience and integrity;
• Have very good knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2008/R2, 2012 R2);
• Have good knowledge of enterprise infrastructure servers such as: Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, file-servers, IIS, Hyper-V, backup, proxy servers, antivirus, etc.;
• Have knowledge of VMware products (ESX server, vCenter, etc);
• Have knowledge of MS Office;
• Have good knowledge of English language;
• Have Microsoft MCSE and VMware certification qualification is an advantage;
• Have knowledge of Linux, MS System Center, Office 365 is an advantage.

Because the job will mean:
• To be responsible for the hardware installation and configuration;
• To operate system installation and configuration; diagnose and troubleshooting operating systems problems;
• To install/configure/administrate AD service, Exchange servers, File Servers, PKI, URL filtering, antivirus and anti-spam solutions;
• To create reports for management : performance monitoring, antivirus logs, daily check list of servers health, maintenance and malfunction check for servers and workstations;
• To create scripts for several maintenance tasks; maintain system documentation; creating procedures for servers maintenance;
• Automation of recurrent tasks;
• To maintain users rights;
• To handle system logs, alerts and errors checking (daily) for both production and infrastructure;
• To implements security plans for each server;
• PKI server maintenance. Certificates release (VPN access / Web Servers);
• To maintain backup and recovery solution;
• To develop and implement performance monitoring for servers;
• To do software installation, upgrades and operating system patches installation. To design and implement patch management solutions;
• To maintain contact with hardware/software providers regarding failures and collaborate with them for solving all issues;
• To develop, documents, and implements operational support procedures for servers administration;
• To implement and monitor all internal rules related to IT infrastructure;
• To offer support level 2 to users/workstations;
• To participate to new projects from technical perspective and other tasks established by the superior.
