IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Excellent Project Management skills;
• Experience working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across financial and operational functions of the business
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to get things done under pressure
• Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English
• + 5 years of experience working with projects where you have functioned as project manager either in a business unit or IT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating the project management team
• Lead the planning and implementation of all DPD strategic projects
• Have an overall view of all DPD projects
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Setting priorities, developing a work schedule, monitoring progress towards goals, and tracking details, data, information, activities
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
• Managing project scope, cost, quality and risks
• Work with other Project Managers to coordinate deliveries of new integrations
• Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate issues
• Provide regular update reports to management as required
• Ensure that integration requirements are well defined
• Ensure that the integration has all necessary approvals before the begginng
• Create and improve integration related processes
• Positively influencing the team to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the project management processes
• Explore, embrace and apply agile principles and mindset within the context of the project team and organization
• Planning and managing software releases

The job purpose defining, planning, coordinating and reviewing the activities of the project management team following the relevant software development processes to ensure that the specific objectives in respect of product scope, cost and quality are achieved within the project timescales. Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
