    The aim of the digital operations and delivery executive is to ensure client retention is maximised by delivering high standard of understanding and service with regard to pre, mid and post campaign support. The role is to sit with the QS Digital team, and to support the Digital and Sales teams in the delivery and optimisation of all digital client campaigns.

    Digital knowledge: website management, website analytics, digital marketing
    Ability to manage complex digital sales packages

    Good excel - be able to produce insightful client reports

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    CRM knowledge an advantage

    Godd English language skills

    Responsibilities

    - Creating, monitoring and optimising display advertising campaigns using Googles DFP ad server
    - Uploading and managing paid website content via a bespoke CMS
    - Providing guidance and support for customers who use the CMS
    - Reporting on ad campaigns and web content performance using Google DFP and Google Analytics
    - Tracking and delivery management of complex digital campaigns
    - Being a liaison between the internal execution teams and the sales team
    - Working collaboratively with campaign and product managers to plan, create, deliver and analyse client media campaigns and to optimise performance and brand awareness
