•Professional/graduate education usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with limited experience OR advanced vocational/ technical training with several years of on-the-job training (knowledge of specialized methods, techniques and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)

•Analyze problems and support in finding solutions within the scope of problem management Finance and Controlling (FI/ CO)
•Elaborate optimisation proposals as well as implementation of derived measures based on the faults occurred (e.g. identification of training needs, bug fixes, process modifications etc.)
•Conduct support functions (e.g. conduct second level support for selected business services etc.)
•Implement and manage partial applications/ modules in one or several sub-process elements FI/ CO (( e.g SAP FI and/or SAP CO )
•Advise in the creation of requirement specification parts FI/ CO and create functional specifications parts FI/ CO
•Test and document partial applications/ modules FI/ CO worldwide in cooperation with internal customers and software development department
•Cooperate in the definition of black box testing conditions for a business sub-process element FI/ CO in cooperation with the process consultant for the respective business process as well as cooperate in conducting black box tests and document selected sub-processes FI/ CO and sub-process elements FI/ CO
•Conduct user support (e.g. by means of trainings, user administration, etc.)
•Cooperate in IT service requests
•Create and maintain process documentation
