    Requirements

    Requirements:
    • Excellent social and communication (orally and in writing) skills
    • Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
    • Previous experience in an administrative role is considered an advantage
    • Capacity to meet specific deadlines and prioritize
    • Good planning and organizing skills
    • Proactive and able to work under pressure
    • Displays positive thinking and a great sense of humor
    • Ensures confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policy
    • Fluent in English

    Responsibilities

    Responsabilities:
    • Manage the business calendar of the Vice President
    • Organize or assure support for scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
    • Assure support for preparing special reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data for departments
    • Assure support for various projects within Integrated Supply function
    • Prepare materials required for the meetings
    • Maintain contact with staff and if required with suppliers
    • Handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
    • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and respond when appropriate with diplomacy
    • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for department
    • Maintaining office systems, including data management, invoice registration, contract upload on internal system, etc
    • Other tasks if required
