Minim 6 luni de experienta in aria relatiilor cu clientii;
Cunostinte practice de operare in MS Office (Word, Excel) la nivel mediu;
Cunostite de hardware (componente, periferice) la nivel mediu;
Capacitatea de a explica efectiv notiuni tehnice de IT si de a raspunde intrebarilor clientilor interni si externi;
Bune abilităti de comunicare si de ascultare;
Orientare catre client;
Orientare catre rezultate;
Bune abilitati de lucru in echipa;
Autocontrol, stabilitate emotionala, capacitate de adaptare si flexibilitate;
Cunoasterea unei limbi straine de circulatie internationala, de preferinta engleza, constituie un avantaj.

Ofera suport tehnic pentru clientii companiei, atat persoane fizice cat si juridice
Ofera informatii vizavi de serviciile fixe si mobile de Date, Voce si TV
Raspunde solicitarilor venite din partea clientilor si ofera solutii aplicand cunostintele de specialitate pe care le detine
Dupa caz, promoveaza si vinde atat proactiv cat si reactiv serviciile companiei.
