We are recruiting on behalf of our client, global leader in FMCG industry, who is opening a Shared Service Center in Bucharest.

Prior experience:
8-10 years of relevant systems knowledge from MCBC or other businesses
Expertise of the relevant SAP modules & the Master Data structures associated with those SAP modules
Ability to analyze a business problem & using expert knowledge of processes, SAP module, & data structures to create the most effective, simple solution
Broad-based experience and expertise in supply chain and/or commercial environment
Ability to understand “end to end” impacts of Business Processes and Data across the Enterprise

Requires a good understanding of the internal function of business
Strong verbal and written communication skills. English required, French preferred.
Time management skills. .
Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
Required to maintain confidentiality
Team oriented, "whatever it takes" attitude, collaborative and gets results.
Willing to accept that we are in a "start-up" and can pivot as priorities do change while in this mode

Oversee the master data and reporting teams, ensuring proper data management and reporting tools/processes.
Ensure knowledge transfer and training is in place and effectively working.
Provide hands on support to the team and act as an expert who can work through complex transactions and problems in the areas of tools, processes, data mgmt and reporting.
Provide a single point of contact for Business Stakeholders with respect to best practices, improvement and performance.
