Accounting Executive with Portuguese

Requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Previous experience in handling vendor invoice processing and employee claim processing
- Accounting background
- Good knowledge of MS office application
- Exposure to an ERP environment (preferably SAP )
- Attention to details

Responsibilities:
- Verifying invoices and the backup documentation required to process payables
- Verifying that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures and the legal requirements
- Understanding the tax requirements involved
- Explaining the reimbursement policy of the company to the employees and processing claims as per the policy
- Expense reports
