• Bachelor’s degree;
• Understanding of online ad formats and specs including video, mobile and native;
• Previous working experience in digital advertising would be a plus.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, with ability to manage simultaneous tasks;
• Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations;
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in English.
• Sense of humor.
• Collaborate with media planning and sales team, informing strategy and programmatic media buying best practices;
• Build and launch cross-device campaigns in Demand-Side Platforms;
• Manage ad trafficking and creative assets;
• Perform ad verification and create live campaign screen shots;
• Monitor ad delivery and discrepancies across multiple measurement platforms;
• Monitor campaign delivery and optimize performance against clients’ goals;
• Run reports and provide campaign performance insights during and post campaign;
• Maintain relationships with publisher networks and sites to grow access to high quality inventory;
• Contribute to process efficiency, overall product growth and innovation;
• Provide various analytical and status reports using web-based reporting tools;
• Closely monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth, present findings to internal stakeholders and recommend action;
• Traffic and execute audience extension and other programmatic campaigns.
