1. Operator customer support limba engleza
Cerinte:
- cunostinte avansate a limbii engleze
- capacitate de ascultare activa si gasirea de solutii adecvate
- o buna capacitate de concentrare si atentie distributiva
- capacitate de invatare
- o buna capacitate de gestionare a emotiilor
Responsabilitati:
- acordarea de suport/solutionarea solicitarilor clientilor
- introducerea si procesarea in sistemul integrat folosit de companie a tuturor solicitarilor si solutiilor propuse
- respectarea procedurilor si politicilor companiei
2. Operator customer support limba romana
Cerinte:
- capacitate de ascultare activa si gasirea de solutii adecvate
- o buna capacitate de concentrare si atentie distributiva
- capacitate de invatare
- o buna capacitate de gestionare a emotiilor
Responsabilitati:
- acordarea de suport/solutionarea solicitarilor clientilor
- introducerea si procesarea in sistemul integrat folosit de companie a tuturor solicitarilor si solutiilor propuse
- respectarea procedurilor si politicilor companiei
3. Agent de vanzari/ Sales Hero ;)
Cerinte:
- Capacitatea de a convinge
- Gandire proactiva si pozitiva
- O buna capacitate de comunicare si intelegere
Responsabilitati:
- Contactarea potentialilor clienti si prezentarea ofertelor din partea companiei
- introducerea si procesarea in sistemul integrat folosit de companie a detaliilor necesare
- respectarea procedurilor si politicilor companiei
