- Confident and friendly appearance

- Confident in working with the computer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englisch and one more language: Spanisch or German

- Provide great customer service while greeting clients and visitors
- General organization of the reception area
- Receiving and forwarding of telephone calls as well as callback messages
- Processing of the incoming and outgoing mail as well as courier dispatches and package deliveries
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings
- General administrative activities
- Support our customer service
