    Requirements

    • Minimum 3-4 years in B2B Marketing
    • Very motivated, ambitious and energetic
    • Experience with various Marketing projects and tactics
    • Highly autonomous and analytical
    • Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders
    • Fluent English; a 2nd language is a plus, but not mandatory
    Good to have – previous exposure to OR experience in:
    • Coordinating a team of Marketing professionals (1 year)
    • IT/Technology environment, or Services company
    • Working with a Lead Generation or Inside Sales team
    • Marketing for international markets and clients

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the Marketing department and team
    • Create and implement the Marketing strategy
    • Ensure the achievement of Marketing objectives

    You will have the opportunity to touch on all aspects of Marketing and bring your own vision to the table:
    • Develop and implement an integrated, multi-channel Marketing strategy and plan in order to enhance brand awareness and achieve lead generation and business growth objectives, in alignment with company strategy;
    • Coordinate the Marketing team, with a key focus on Lead Development representatives and activities, including campaigns setup, implementation and optimization, team performance management, KPIs;
    • Manage PR, advertising and branding activities, including the relationship with agencies or suppliers;
    • Maintain the relationship with key industry associations and maximize collaboration opportunities;
    • Lead event planning and logistics, ensuring optimal presence and results for local / international events;
    • Coordinate the creation of Marketing collaterals (case studies, brochures, company presentations etc.);
    • Translate complex technical solutions into simple and relevant Marketing messages and materials;
    • Provide support to internal departments for Sales campaigns and business reviews with key clients;
    • Coordinate the update of company Social Media channels, blog and the creation of an editorial calendar to ensure increased visibility for the business and candidates; coordinate website changes or updates;
    • Support key internal communications (e.g. newsletters), CSR or other Marketing or company initiatives;
    • Identify opportunities for business growth (vertical and horizontal analysis, strategic partnerships);
    • Conduct market research, identify key trends and suggest innovation options and best practices;
    • Manage, support and grow the Marketing Team to implement strategies and deliver on objectives;
    • Manage the Marketing budget planning and tracking, ROI analysis, and campaigns’ performance;
    • Set up the relevant metrics and regular reports for Marketing activities tracking and optimization;
    • Own and lead the collaboration with other internal departments for the delivery of Marketing projects;
    • Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment, focused on business results.
