Valeo Timisoara is part of the Visibility Systems and began lighting production in September 2005, growing annually, with about 1500 employees today. Production is divided into three units: Original Equipment (OEM), Aftermarket - Service Market (AFM) and Special Products (SP).

In our manufacturing plant, we produce front and rear lighting systems that work with the latest technology and use complex injection, coating, varnishing, metallization and assembly processes.

Leads one or more ways of continuous improvement of the APU, by defining, proposing and implementing the technical actions to achieve the objectives of productivity and quality.

For the process responsible :
-Participates in the formulation and implementation of preventive maintenance according to TPM methodology.
-Improves positions and working conditions, reducing variability and maximizing the flow.
-Contributes to the reliability of manufacturing facilities to ensure that the transfer does a good piece from one position to another.
-Leads the start of new products to ensure the provision of standards on time.
-Collects the records of the operators, defines and implements action plans necessary to achieve productivity goals.
-Participates in VPS projects (PMT Hoshin, SMED, 5S).
-Animates and / or participates in GRP using the PDCA approach.
-Leads MTM studies and updates the work instructions.
-Participates in the line audits.
-Applies the Environmental Management System and Security in the establishment and improvement of production processes.

- All standards to guarantee the quality of the products and customer demands.
- All standards in environmental management and risk prevention Health and Safety to ensure the proper functioning of the management of Environmental Health and Safety system.
Implements at its level, the Site Security, Environment and Quality Policy.
