WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?



Education and Experience


University degree
Language Skills: English
Advanced Excel (VBA and Macro)
Excellent analytical skills, organized and detail orientated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment



Preferred Criteria


Solid analytical, problem solving and time management skills
Reporting experience
Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?




The OTC Associate is responsible for performing work activities included in the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Kellogg organization. In support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives, the Reporting Associate will:



Responsible for reports and analyses (routinely and ad-hoc), which highlight areas of underperformance, deviations and improvement opportunities across all Order to Cash processes (Accounts Receivables, Supply Chain);
Work closely with Front and Back Office teams to ensure accuracy of the data and reliability of reports;
Interpretation of results, triggers, variations based on the reporting type provided;
Design, implement and drive improvement in the reporting and analysis processes, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders;
Develop and maintain consistent modelling, reporting and analysis tools and methodologies;
Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of improvement plans in the BI area;
Validate data integrity and request data cleansing.
