    The IT Department of UBISOFT is looking for a Senior Business Analyst — IT & PPM (Project Portfolio Manager) Domain in the Enterprise Business Solutions team, reporting to the IT & Project Portfolio domain. You will work on international projects related to deployments, integrations, evolutions, and configuration of IT solutions, mainly on APPTIO as well as some others internal tools.

    Your role will be to work within project teams and transform business needs into solutions, whether these solutions result in product configurations, product developments, trainings or process recommendations. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to be trained on Apptio, and work in a fast paced international environment.

    Your profile

    Must-have:
    - Previous experience as Business Analyst of around 4-5 years;
    - Working experience on IT projects, good understanding of the project phases and activities;
    - Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose using SQL, Excel or other data analysis tools;
    - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Visio and Excel;
    - Knowledge of relational database concepts (tables, primary keys, foreign keys etc.);
    - Experience with end user training;
    - Fluent in English, French would be a plus;
    - Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creativity in problem solving;
    - Good interpersonal abilities: communication, ability to work in a team and results-oriented working style.

    Nice to have:
    - Good knowledge of financial management processes (Budgeting, Actuals, Rebilling);
    - Good understanding of IT infrastructure domains (data centers, network, servers, virtualization, storage);
    - Good knowledge of IT Service Model.

    Responsabilitati

    Your tasks:
    - Within the team, you act as the expert and lead of the Service Cost Allocation within Apptio where you are in charge of:
    o Gathering finance, reporting, and other non-technical functional requirements;
    o Interpreting the requirements in the context of Apptio and documents them into specifications;
    o Creating and maintaining cost allocation algorithms and models;
    o Troubleshooting Apptio configuration;
    o Maintaining configuration documentation;
    o Understanding how data feeds impact the application;
    o Troubleshooting data issues;
    o Performing user administration activities within the tool;
    o Testing Apptio configurations and supporting the business teams in testing the configuration;
    o You work closely with the Project Manager showing progress against milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies;
    o You actively participate to the initiating and scoping phases of projects: business requirements gathering, definition of business rules and processes of our internal clients (IT Service Owners, IT Service Managers, IT Financial Analysts, Project Managers, IT Managers);
    o You are responsible of the functional setup of the designed solution and related interfaces;
    o You are in charge of leading the integration tests and UAT phases (definition of the tests plan, follow-up of the progress), deliver training and documentation, ensure knowledge transfer to support teams during or at the end of project;
    o You contribute to the schedule definition, the follow up of deadlines, the review of deliverables and quality, reporting to management;
    -Occasional abroad travel needed.
