    Telbridge is a company with an established market position in the outsourcing call centers, mainly specializing in insurance, finance and telecommunications. We operate since 2005 solely based on Polish capital. We now employ over 1,500 employees in 6 branches: Czestochowa, Radom, Torun, Warsaw, Kielce and now Bucharest.

    The primary objective of the company is to satisfy the needs of the market related to the sale of products and services by phone. We focus on serving the above sales channels both outbound (outbound - active telemarketing, telesales, questionnaires, debt recovery), as well as inbound traffic (inbound - customer service, line ordering, help line).

    We believe that the success of our call center services is mainly due to the highly trained and motivated teams of agents that we hire.

    Ce cautam:
    - Experienta minim 6 luni in front office/ secretariat/ asistenta/ receptie;
    - Abilitati excelente de comunicare;
    - Cunostinte minime de limba engleza (conversational, de baza);
    - Cunostinte bune de operare PC (Word, Outlook);
    - Personalitate dinamica si cu initiativa;
    - Foarte bune abilitati de organizare, responsabilitate, atentie la detalii si acuratete in munca;
    - Confidentialitate, loialitate, capacitate de sinteza, abilitati sociale.

    Responsabilitati

    - Va intampina clientii/ vizitatorii;
    - Va prelua apelurile telefonice si le va directiona catre departamente;
    - Va asigura primirea, inregistrarea, repartizarea corespondentei, precum si expedierea acesteia catre destinatari;
    - Va intocmi necesarul de protocol, birotica si papetarie,etc;
    - Va inregistra documente;
    - Va programa la interviu aplicantii pentru toate job-urile companiei postate pe site-urile de recrutare,
    - Va semna contractele/ documentele cu noii angajati si va preda catre HR dosarul de personal,
    - Va indeplini orice alte sarcini administrative ce au legatura cu obiectivul postului.
