    Requirements

    To be considered for the Junior Finance Manager role, candidates should possess:

    At least 5 years of practical experience, preferably an auditing background.
    At least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
    Good knowledge of accounting software; Navision is considered to be a plus.
    Ability to meet deadlines.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Fluency in English is a must.

    Responsibilities

    The Junior Finance Manager will be responsible for:

    Document complete maintenance and accurate support with information for all financial transactions (bookkeeping, general ledger ensuring and other financial records).
    Generating financial statements on a monthly basis (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow).
    Periodic reporting to senior executives, locally and internationally, in all finance matters to aid in long-term and short-term decision making processes.
    Managing the information needed for the annual audit with the external (group) auditor.
    Ensuring timely follow up of accounts receivable and payable.
    Establishment and maintenance of financial policies and procedures for the company.
    Implementation of the budget and forecast preparation schedules.
    Understanding and adherence to financial regulations and legislation.
    Preparation of all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
    Assistance in the implementation of an ERP system.
