    Our company was founded in August 2015 and our main objective consists of outsourcing the software development services provided to the European clients of Karalius Group, which unfold their activity in Romania. Another fundamental objective for us is broadening our area of activities, managing to offer our services to other potential interested companies, based in Bucharest.

    Requirements

    • 1- 3 years experience in IT application support activity (department IT of Bank, BPO or SSC IT)
    • IT knowledge – Polytechnic/ preferably Computer Science, Cybernetic from Academy of Economic
    Studies, Mathematics and Informatics Faculty
    • IT background (IT High school or Cybernetics)
    • Medium to advanced level of French
    • Advanced level of English
    Responsible attitude and strong commitment in fulfilling the mission
    • Strong autonomy and reactivity given the short deadlines in which the changes requested, sometimes
    very significant, must be implemented
    • Rigor, creativity and excellent communication skills
    • Cooperation and team spirit

    Responsibilities

    • First level support on production incidents and Implementing developments/ the evolutions imposed by the operator on the architecture in place.
    • Perspective of taking responsibilities of level 2 support either functional either technical depending on the acquired knowledge and proactively
    First level support on production incidents:
    • Guaranteeing the first level support regarding the availability and quality of accounting production by assisting the support team for users and intervening in managing the relationship with the IT provider
    • Execution of user requests which are with a specified frequency or specified procedure
    • Management of user access and user roles
    • Collaboration with Technical and Functional Level 2 support in case the incident/ new requirement has to
    be treated by Level 2 support
    • Propose corrections/ evolutions based on the recurrence of the incident or the experience acquired.
