For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing we are looking for a EMEA Logistics (Logistician Flow Management).

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics and Transport;
- Fluently in English knowledge;
- Ability to work with MS Office tools;
- Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated analytical skills;
- Good organizational skills, planning and control;
- Very good time management.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the transport performance of the network company in Europe, following the departure of goods from factories/warehouses to customer delivery (certified documents), including storage consolidation department;
- Ensure delivery to customers’ company (final and intermediate), meeting the requirements of quality and delivery commitments, timely;
- Ensure interfacing logistics with warehouses, factories, storage consolidation and transportations within the department;
- Act as a first point of escalation for all distribution channels;
- Support to implement of changes to the network using performance indicators;
- Coordinate the return flow from EMEA region, designated by ensuring achievement indicators;
- Coordinate with relevant departments within the company received from escalating operational internal customers, ensuring accurate and timely information’s;
- Coordinate the relationship with Operations Team (Transport Teams), share the view of the Department of Logistics and winning support for its initiatives;
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders’ company providing information’s for health network or for possible risks;
- Control costs by investigating additional ground and assess their less expensive alternatives.
