As an IT Application Owner you’ll help them get there.

As an IT Application Owner your main responsibilities will involve:

• Ongoing enhancement and maintenance of a application including management of scope;
• Conducting strategic planning for the application;
• Identifying and managing technical projects necessary to ensure required and established service levels are maintained;
• Managing strategic capacity, consumption and performance management (Forecast and management based on business plans).
• Ensuring policy-compliance for dbRAMM, SOX, ASG, ISP, Audit;
• Managing software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers;
• Ensuring availability of all necessary application/service knowledge and documentation;
• Ensuring availability of all necessary application/service knowledge and documentation;
• Collaborating with various stakeholders including the rapid application development team, development center team, client services, programme managers, subject matter experts in order to industrialize, transfer and support functional domains originating in RAD instance to the industrialized instance;

•  Steering, overseeing and delivering the design and development of industrialization solutions into the production support teams for operations and monitoring;
• Performing reviews for all technical changes in close collaboration with RAD team representatives (both business and IT);
• Working with development center team to estimate work effort throughout different phases of the functional domain deliverables;
• Assisting with development of configuration/monitoring/packaging/deployment/automations;
• Identifying, documenting and communicating risks and issues discovered during delivery cycles;
• Participating in meetings with business and development, production support teams on product enhancement and development planning calls, evaluate and coordinate production incidents escalations.

As an IT Application Owner your skills will include:

• Apache / Tomcat - Server Application Setup, Servlet Technology;
• WSO2, ESB, API Manager, Oracle 11+, JBOSS 5+, Weblogic 10+, Apache WS 2+, Tomcat Application Server
• Nice to have: ibco BW 5+, Tibco iProcess

Dev Skills 
will be a plus if you master
