    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
    At least 1 years' experience in IT industry
    Hardware knowledge: x86 Servers such as HP, IBM, Dell etc
    Software: Windows Server, HP-UX, Solaris, OS Maintenance and operation, Oracle/ Sybase database knowledge
    NFV technical knowledge or experience is a plus
    Functionality overview of a mobile network
    Excellent communication skill and team player
    Fluent English communication skills
    Availability of international travel
    Experience with Huawei products is considered a big advantage
    Availability of international travel or scheduled night activities

    Responsibilities

    Troubleshoot hardware or software problems, identify root cause and provide an effective solution within contractual SLA time
    Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure or upgrade OSS & IT products and their features
    Use trouble ticket system for tracking customer interaction fault analysis
    Identify customers concerns and critical problems based on customer interaction
    Perform daily operating system administration tasks, including hardware & software upgrades, Patch and Security Management and maintain regulatory controls
    On-call duty
    Guide remote field technicians during onsite interventions
