Position Overview

The Goal

With client assets of EUR 312 billion globally (as of September 30, 2016), Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is one of the world’s leading global wealth managers. Deutsche Bank Wealth Management offers high net worth clients a broad range of traditional and alternative investment solutions, providing a holistic service for all aspects of Wealth Management.

Within Wealth Management Technology, SPARTA is a large-scale global programme aiming to optimize the WM Capital Markets Trading platform covering both business processes and systems across all asset classes and the entire Wealth Management value chain.

Wealth Management Technology is looking to establish presence in BEX, supporting the SPARTA programme ‘Capture and Execution’ stream.

You need to be an excellent developer, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience developing modern Web based UI’s in a collaborative scrum of scrums environment.

Experience in real time data, performance optimization and modern development, deployment and configuration tools is preferred – as is experience of financial services / banking and trading concepts.                                                                                                       

We are looking for motivated candidates that show us:

Technically, we are looking for excellent experience in:

• Java Script (ReactJS, Redux, ES6, CSS)
• Code reviews (PR’s)
• Experience developing applications in enterprise environment
• Experienced with using Agile development methodologies.
• TeamCity / JIRA
• GIT / BitBucket  

Nice to have:  

• Integration with/knowledge of Netflix Java 8 Micro Services
• Understanding Design patterns and N-Tiers architectures
• Experience with Continuous Delivery
• Knowledge of TDD
• Experience with SOA and Web Services
• Experience with Oracle SQL
• Experience with Linux and Cloud hosting / virtualization platforms
