    Requirements

    Your profile:
    -Advanced level of English (speaking and writing)
    -Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions
    -Excellent customer orientation, as well as very good communication and organizational skills
    -Attention to detail
    -Good PC operating skills

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    - Offering information/ solutions to customers regarding the company's services
    - Documenting all operations in the company's database, according to the work procedures
    - Prioritize and manage multiple cases at one time;
