Product Engineer

Miele este prezentă în Brașov din anul 2009 cu o fabrică de producție ce asigură grupului necesarul de componente electronice şi subansambluri pentru unităţile de control ale aparatelor electrocasnice inteligente și cu un departament de Dezvoltare Software si Hardware în cadrul căruia sunt realizate programe software pentru o gamă variată de electrocasnice și produse profesionale Miele.

University degree – Electrical, Mechanical or Automatics engineering;
Experience in a similar position in a production environment - minimum 2 years;
Knowledge of formalized lean manufacturing concepts, practices, and tools like 5S, 6 Sigma;
Very good English skills; German language is a plus
Good planning and organizational skills;
Communication and teamwork skills.

Designs and implements production processes regarding existing investments and lines;
Analyzes the production capabilities and opportunities for the new products and parts or for new process implementation reaching targeting processes and cycle time (quality and performance);
Proposes new investment for effective production processes at the state of the art;
Minimizes downtime in all processes, ensures that they are running within specified targets and supports introduction of new processes;
Proposes improvements in case of deviation from the quality standards;
Applies in the Continuous Improvement program for each product for which he/she is responsible;
Develops new processes, new instruments and methods for improvement;
Participates and supervises the quality control plan and implementation of procedures
