    We are building an integrated ecosystem of healthcare software solutions, ready to respond to the needs and challenges that arise in this field. 

    Cerinte

    Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes in IT&C field (at least two years; higher experience is a plus);
    Interviewing techniques;
    Negotiation skills;
    Customer focused attitude with strong communications skills, both written and verbal;
    Empathic behaviour;
    Essential time management skills;
    Self starter, quick learner mentality and team player spirit;
    Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently.

    Qualifications:

    University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or other formal education in the field of HR;
    Excellent knowledge of English (Upper Intermediate);
    MS Office suite skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Identifies the most productive sources of selection and suitable IT candidates, according to the required profile (agreed upfront with the Hiring Manager);
    Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
    Use various online tools and data bases in the search and selection process;
    Write and posts recruitments ads on external job sites and social media channels;
    Works together with the hiring manager and HR to define recruitment profiles/necessary skills and validate researched candidate pool;
    Keeps all the necessary correspondance with the selected candidates (interim notifications, rejections letters etc.);
    Conducts the entire recruitment process (from phone screenings or Skype pre-interviews with the selected candidates up to final step);
    Maintains candidates data base up to date;
    Elaborates various reports and summaries regarding all projects, as required;
    Maintains the communication with the recruitment agencies;
    Participates in job fairs and other recruitment activities/events.


    The recruitment specialist (RS) is responsible for all activities related to attracting, selecting and hiring of talent from the market according to individual job descriptions, as received from High-Tech Systems & Software management. The RS is focused on individual and department operational objectives and needs to partner with High-Tech Systems & Software management on a day to day basis for building and maintaining critical skills for the business. The RS must be an independent professional, able to articulate alternative approaches and demonstrate analytical skills and business knowledge. Some other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: follow-up on satisfaction on the job for each candidate recently employed, participation to job fairs, exit interviews, etc. The RS will be evaluated based on individual / team results and based on impact of the results on functional activities within High-Tech Systems & Software.
