At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration, a Masters would be an asset
At least 5 years HR experience at the supervisory level in a similar position
Ready to take initiatives with teamwork
Information seeking with analytical thinking
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
Good knowledge of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SAP NetWeaver
Written and oral fluency in English is mandatory
Customer and service-minded with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem solving skills
A good team player, who is eager to learn and to work autonomously in an international environment
Focused on finding solutions

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for managing different projects in different functional HR areas, globally: Employee career path, training and development, benefits, compensation, job evaluation/analysis and HR analytics (weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics) and other employment related functions.
The Senior HR Officer assists in leading the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards.
Your responsibilities:
Review, development and execution of HR policies & programs within the area of assignment
Develop and maintain HR analytics and weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics for use in HR and the business that include analysis of retention, attrition, organizational health, and talent acquisition
Help in ensuring that WKFS’s annual remuneration review is completed to timetable and agreed standards
Help in ensuring that jobs are accurately job sized for evaluation purposes and that managers understand the job evaluation process
Provide data analysis and recommendations to our HR team to enable them to achieve business and talent objectives
Design and implementation of appropriate Bonus/Incentive Schemes and commission plans and responsible for the calculation of the pay-out
Assist in developing a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
You will lead the Career Path program to identify the different types of jobs and career paths we have at the company
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
