    Requirements

    - Minimum 3 years in a recruitment role of all levels of employees from entry level positions to senior and management positions.
    - Bachelor degree, preferable in Psychology or Sociology.
    - Strong communicator with a high degree of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
    - Strong sales and negotiation skills
    - Strog behavioral analysis skills
    - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas.
    - Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
    - Self-starter with the ability to recruit for multiple high level positions.
    - Excellent English skills (writing and speaking)
    - Passion to do the right things and strong personal values.

    Responsibilities

    - Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles.
    - Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
    - Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
    - Communicate with and update stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
    - Keep an extensive network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
    - Works on the development of employer brand building strategies and processes.
    - Manages all the recruitment processes
