Candidate Profile
Candidates will be part of a RO team of 3, with 2 developers and 1 tester. The job will entail producing new code in both Javascript, C++, Angular, Typescript, Scala and testing own work, as well as maintaining old code in mentioned technologies.
To consider the candidate they must be either an experienced developer or have had relevant student work. Knowing Javascript, HTML, CSS is a must and it will be beneficial to be familiar with C++, Java/Scala and typescript an added bonus is knowledge of ExtJS framework.
The Candidates must exhibit interest in quality, being thorough and willing to learn from other developer to constantly evolve and grow in ability. Furthermore, the candidate must be very good at writing and speaking English.

Systematic is an international software supplier and systems integrator of mission critical systems with core competences within complex management information systems, integration of different IT-systems, structured data exchange, and project management. Our main domains lie within the realms of Healthcare and Defence. Our solutions provide a framework that assists our customers to make correct decisions. We provide simple solutions to complex problems in order to help to simplify the critical decision making process. Our headquarters are located in Aarhus, and we also have offices situated in Copenhagen, UK, US, and Finland. The company employs approximately 600 people.
The project
The project is responsible for the continued development, improvement and maintenance of the product IRIS Suite. This product is deployed and running on a number of installations around the world. We have the responsibility to improve and maintain this product to continue being the best product on the market. New releases are shipped every half a year including new capabilities, bug fixes and other improvements.
The project management methodology is a balanced mix between CMMI, Lean and Scrum. CMMI supplies tools and framework for overall project management and standard procedures to ease many tasks in the project. Lean supplies a constant focus on eliminating waste and increasing efficiency.
The project is 2 development teams based on working task and not locations. The developers and testers are located in both Aarhus and Bucharest and interact on a daily basis. Each team has a scrum master. A product owner with a Project Manager, a Domain Advisor, an Architect and a User Experience Engineer tasks the team.
In the beginning of the employment, please expect to travel to Aarhus for approximately 2 weeks. The stay in Denmark is required in order to attend course in processes and tools and to be acquainted with the team.
