INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSBILE (PROJECT MANAGER)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs LEAN & 6 Sigma system diagnosis and audits for one the following departments: Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance;
• Develops and proposes action plans regarding the identified process malfunction;
• Develops and follows up a strategic 3 to 6 year plan for the audited department;
• Offers coaching for all managerial levels on LEAN and 6 Sigma procedures;

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Technical or Economic Bachelor degree;
• Superior command of English and French;
• Minimum of 3 year experience in an industrial working environment (automotive is a big plus);
• Ability to assimilate new information regarding LEAN & 6 Sigma production systems;
• Ability to understand complex technical processes (assembly,  welding, plastic injection, electronics), or the particularities of the Supply Chain, Maintenance, or Quality departments;
• Availability for travelling up to 70% of the work time – performing audits internally or at suppliers;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments;
