    • Minim 3 ani experienta in Accounts Receivable collection
    • Cunostinte avansate Ms Office (Excel)
    • Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si negociere
    • Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa

    • Orientare catre identificarea solutiilor

    • Contacteaza clientii cu intarzieri de plata si recupereaza sumele restante;
    • Mentine legatura cu reprezentatii magazinelor si cu cei ai departamentelor online, B2B, in ceea ce priveste soldurile clientilor;
    • Consiliaza si informeaza clientii referitor la: instrumentele de plata (OP,CEC,BO), facturi si alte detalii aferente;
    • Preia apelurile clientilor si pune la dispozitia acestora informatiile solicitate
    • Urmareste efectuarea platilor de catre clienti;
    • Prelucreaza reclamatiile clientilor intr-o maniera profesionala;
    • Reconciliaza soldurile cu clientii: punctaje, aplicari de incasari, extrase de cont etc;
    • Trimite notificari de plata;
    • Efectueaza si prelucreaza Rapoarte de solduri ex: ageing sau alte rapoarte necesare managementului;
    • Arhiveaza garantii, contracte si verifica periodic valabilitatea acestora;
    • Respecta si imbunateste procedurile departamentului collection;
    • Mentine legatura cu departamentul vanzari, departamentul financiar si legal.
