    Bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
    Atentie la detalii.

    Responsabilitati

    Efectueaza procesarea documentelor legate de activitatea contabila a furnizorilor si deconturile interne de cheltuieli/calatorie prin intermediul aplicației informatice SAP/e-Travel;
    Verifica corectitudinea informatiilor inscrise in documentele primite (factura fiscala, documentele de receptie a lucrarilor sau serviciilor, comenzi, cereri de plata interna, etc);
    Asigura gestionarea corespondentei primite de la furnizori;
    Trimite spre aprobare facturile de la furnizori si solicita responsabililor de buget acordul de plata si datele necesare pentru procesarea corecta a acestora.
