University Degree (or pending graduation) in IT, Marketing or Economic;
Basic knowledge for concepts like: data bases, logical operators, crm;
Experience working with MS Office, especially Excel;
Good communication and teamwork abilities;
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Attention for details.
Offering support in analysis and development, implementation, modification and installation of low complexity systems in different operational environments;
Assisting in developing, testing and implementation of CRM software for company’s departments and providing support to users for the implemented systems;
Testing functionalities of the applications under the supervision of a more experienced team member in order to ensure that the application is meeting business and users requirements CRM Software;
Improving data quality from CRM data base.
