    Cerinte

    - Must-have: student in anii III sau IV sau absolvent al Facultatii de Drept;
    - Cunoasterea legislatiei specifice in domeniile: dreptul muncii, drept societar (legea societatilor, legea insolventei), drept civil si procedura civila, contracte comerciale.
    - Disponibilitate pentru program full-time;
    - Capacitate de organizare şi planificare a activităţilor curente;
    - Capacitate de sinteza, atentie la detalii, responsabilitate si aptitudini organizatorice;
    - Implicare activa si dorinta continua de perfectionare;
    - Cunostinte MS Office;
    - Cunoaşterea limbii engleze la un nivel mediu;

    Responsabilitati

    - Asigurarea asistentei juridice a companiei in vederea desfasurarii activitatii in conformitate cu reglementarile legale in vigoare;
    - Oferirea de asistenta juridica cu privire la legalitatea documentelor elaborate de companie;
    - Elaborarea, modificarea si adaptarea contractelor comerciale;
    - Participarea la formularea clauzelor contractuale daca se pun in discutie probleme de drept;
    - Gestionarea documentatelor specifice;
    - Verificare acuratetei datelor utilizate in analize si raportari;
    - Sintetizarea informatiilor si realizarea de rapoarte si prezentari;
    - Verificarea contractelor si a platilor catre terti;
    - Lucrul cu baze de date.
