Skills you will need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field;
• Experience with PC hardware, operating systems and Office productivity application software is preferred;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Outlook is a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
• Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Ability to effectively work in a team;
• Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results

• Identify and initiate resolutions to user problems and concerns associated with desktops, laptops and workstations;
• Provide basic troubleshooting steps, gather relevant data from users in order to route the issues to the responsible workgroups;
• Investigate hardware and software problems for end users by applying standard procedures and best practices;
• Solve the incidents tickets assigned in your area of responsibility;
• Propose improvements to procedures and processes, and evidence after identifying opportunities;
• Responsible for the proper application antivirus solutions that runs on Flex;
